A: Yes, we recommend keeping our brownies/blondies in an airtight container in the fridge. This helps them stay fresh for up to 10 days. Plus, we think they taste best when chilled!
Brownies & Blondies can also last for up to 2 months in the freezer. Just individually wrap in cling film.
A: Not at all! Because our brownies are incredibly fudgy, refrigeration actually enhances their texture. Trust us, they’ll stay moist and delicious!
We also suggest popping them in the fridge as soon as they are delivered to your door to guarantee fudgey goodness.

A: For gluten-free options, we do on occasion prepare gluten-free bakes and treats at our pop-up stalls and events. Keep an eye out for them!
As for vegan options, while we haven’t started offering them yet, we’re currently researching the best vegan chocolate to include in our bakes. Stay tuned for updates on this!
Please note - all our items are prepared and baked in the same kitchen. As we handle various allergens in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free from nuts, gluten, etc. However, not all of our products contain these allergens in their ingredients.

A: Although we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for shipping, it's important to note that this is not a guaranteed next-day delivery. Therefore, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to arrive. Each of our baked goods are individually wrapped to maintain freshness, even in the event of a slight delay.
We are unable to offer refunds for delayed dispatch or delivery. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us after the 3 working day period has passed. In cases where an item is lost or marked as 'delivered' but not received, we will file a claim with Royal Mail and keep you updated on the status of the investigation.
A: Absolutely! Just include the recipient’s name and address in the notes section of your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.
